Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Are you a skilled Superintendent with a strong background in commercial construction? Our client, a respected General Contractor in Fort Worth, is seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven Superintendent to join their team and lead projects across the region.

This growing General Contractor has a solid reputation in the Fort Worth market and specializes in delivering high-quality commercial projects. Their work spans a wide range of sectors, including restaurants, office spaces, community buildings, gas stations, and warehouses.

The Role:

As Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key leadership role on-site, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction progress
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily site reports, inspections, and ensure accurate documentation
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure work is completed in line with design specifications and project goals
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid delays or rework
• Foster a positive job site culture with a strong emphasis on teamwork and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Experience with restaurant, office, gas station, warehouse, or community-focused builds
• Strong familiarity with the Fort Worth market and local subcontractors
• A can-do attitude and proactive leadership style
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
