Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commission Sales Associate to join our wholesale sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will engage with existing and previous customers, assist them in their purchasing decisions, and generate new leads. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by reaching out to customers and assisting them with their needs.
• Use direct knowledge of products (samples will be provided) to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organized database of customers with CRM and/or spreadsheets.
• Utilize ordering systems for processing sales efficiently.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns.

Skills

• Proven experience in direct sales with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer management systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and team members.
• Strong Entrepreneural skills to self-motivate effectively.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques to enhance the brand experience and provide critical feedback on website, social, and other branding venues.
