We are currently seeking a Commercial Appraiser to join our team in the Cincinnati metro area . If you’re an experienced real estate professional looking for a dynamic, long-term opportunity with a nationally recognized firm, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare high-quality written appraisal reports for commercial properties.
• Analyze a wide variety of investment-grade and income-producing assets (office, retail, multifamily, industrial).
• Stay up to date on real estate market trends, developments, and valuation standards.
• Deliver excellent service to internal and external clients in a timely, professional manner.

What You’ll Need

• Residence in or near the Cincinnati metro area.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong experience with commercial property appraisals.
• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser credential (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Financial modeling skills; experience with ARGUS is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
