Are you a specialist looking for a new adventure within Solid Organ Transplant? This is a great way to make a direct impact as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
In this role, you will be working in our outpatient clinic, focusing on kidney transplant, liver transplant and transplant surgery patients.
PGY1 residency required. PGY2 in solid organ transplant, preferred.

Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Evaluates and recommends appropriate drug therapy to achieve optimal cost-effective patient outcomes, by working directly with physicians, other health professionals, and patients. Participates in the development, provision and evaluation of comprehensive pharmaceutical care and quality assurance programs through scholarly activities. Serves as a resource to the pharmacy staff and other hospital departments.
