Job Description Find your purpose joining CentraCare and the St. Cloud Hospital as a Hospital Cleaner (EVS), working to keep our patients safe and our facilities clean. We are seeking qualified Part Time Evening or Overnight workers with good communication skills for various part-time evening shifts. This is a fast-paced position that requires interacting and communicating fluently with patients and staff while sanitizing patient rooms and public spaces throughout the hospital. Schedule: PART TIME (Two Evenings per week on average) Afternoon/Evenings/Nights | 8-hour shifts Part-time | 16-31 Hours every two weeks You will work Every Other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and one flexible day (1) during the week that you may choose. Other part time options may be available so be sure to accurately complete your application listing your available shift choices. Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards): Wage rates start at $16.98 per hour offering more with experience. Full pay range for this position is $15.36 to $23.04 hourly After 3pm shift differential is + $1.50 per hour. Weekend shift differential is + $1.05 per hour. Qualifications : Ability to read, write simple task requests and reports, and communicate well with others required. Ability to take initiative and work independently Excellent time management skills and detail-oriented Must be at least 18 years of age due to handling of cleaning chemicals and operating mechanical lifts High School Diploma or GED or equivalent Duties: Hospital cleaners sanitize rooms during patient's stays, and after patients are discharged. Tasks include: vacuuming, mopping, changing bedding and re-stocking bathrooms. Position includes working with chemicals and coming in contact with bodily fluids.
