Hours: This role follows a rotating 12-hour shift pattern that includes both day and night shifts, offering a consistent long-term schedule with built-in time off. Employees typically work:
Two days on, two days off, three days on
Two days off, two days on, three days off
And so on in a repeating cycle.

We are currently seeking a talented Plant Operator to join our team and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our client's production processes. Chemical Plant Operator Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Ideally, 2 years of chemical process or maintenance experience in the petrochemical industry .
Forklift experience is essential, and passing Forklift Certification is required.
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform basic mathematical tasks, such as counting drums and climbing ladders.
Willingness to complete in-house training as per the client’s Safety Management Plan and Production Training Plan .
Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check .
Successful completion of a pre-employment physical , including Audiogram, Pulmonary Function Test, Respirator Fit Test, and Medical Clearance.
Passing a Rapid Urine Drug Test as part of maintaining a drug-free work environment.
