Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient part time night shift Team Member/Cashier to join our store in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to handle transactions accurately while providing an exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers feel welcomed and valued.

Duties

• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Manage time effectively to minimize wait times for customers while maintaining quality service.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
• A passion for the food industry and providing outstanding service is essential.
