We're currently hiring experienced residential carpenters to install replacement windows and doors .

What You'll Do

• Install windows and doors to exacting company standards
• Support the Crew Leader in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site and vehicle
• Follow daily instructions from the Crew Leader and Installation Manager
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures
• Represent Mr. Rogers Windows with professionalism and pride

What You Need

• Minimum 1 year of carpentry or residential remodeling experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Grassfield area of Chesapeake.
• Experience with replacement window installation is a plus
• Ability to use a Metal Brake is a bonus
• Must be able to read a tape measure and provide your own hand tools
