Business Analyst – Life Sciences Domain - on site, 6 months contract.

Job Description:

• 4-7 years of experience in Business Analyst in Life Sciences Domain is mandatory.
• Domain Expertise - Life Sciences: Having Life Sciences domain-specific knowledge can significantly enhance a BA’s effectiveness in understanding the context of client-specific business processes, problems, and the ability to deliver relevant solutions.
• Project Management: BAs contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and deliver desired outcomes.
• Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking: They utilize their analytical skills to identify business challenges, develop creative solutions, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: BAs act as a crucial link between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Detailed reports, presentations, and business proposals to communicate findings.
• Process Improvement: They analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, profitability, and overall business performance.

This role is based in Collegeville, PA and it is on site, as a 6 months contract.
