Position: BTR Shift Leader (Morning Shift)

Location: Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place

Schedule Options: 5 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Requirements:

Full availability for the 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. shift (earlier clock-in may be required for catering demands)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical requirements: standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth, efficient restaurant operations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Greet and serve customers with genuine hospitality
Oversee preparation of mobile and catering orders to deliver top-notch service
Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards in food safety, quality, and service
Play a vital role in developing and expanding our catering program, helping to make every order a memorable experience
