We are seeking experienced, professional Servers and Bartenders to join our growing roster of luxury clientele. This is an exciting opportunity to not only showcase your hospitality skills but also serve as a brand ambassador , representing both our clients and Noor Staffing at prestigious events.

The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and thrives in high-energy, high-volume environments while delivering exceptional guest experiences .

As a Server or Bartender , you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments for guests at exclusive events, including corporate functions, galas, weddings, and private luxury gatherings. You’ll embody the highest level of professionalism and act as a brand ambassador by providing seamless, attentive service that reflects the sophistication of our clients.

• Greet and engage guests with a warm, professional demeanor

• Deliver exceptional service while showcasing knowledge of steps of service and luxury hospitality standards

• Servers : Set up event spaces, serve food and beverages, maintain clean and organized stations, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service

• Bartenders : Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with speed, accuracy, and flair; maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with professionalism and courtesy

• Collaborate with fellow staff, captains, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow

• Assist with breakdown and cleanup of event areas post-service

• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

• Previous upscale catering, banquet, or luxury hospitality experience required

• Bartenders : Proven bartending experience with strong mixology skills (TIPS certification preferred)

• Servers : Ability to carry trays and stand/walk for extended periods

• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Professional, polished appearance and adherence to event dress codes

• Friendly, engaging, and approachable personality—you enjoy being the face of hospitality

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be reliable, adaptable, and a team player
