The Sicilian Butcher , created by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and the team behind Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, is a modern-casual Italian restaurant known for scratch-made pastas, craft meatballs, and elevated Italian hospitality. As we expand to Nashville , we’re seeking passionate and guest-focused Baristas to bring our bakery and coffee program to life.
What We’re Looking For
Must be at least 18 years of age .
Previous experience in a café, coffee bar, or fast-paced food & beverage environment preferred.
Current food handler’s card , or ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
Friendly, punctual, and thrives in a team-oriented, high-volume environment.
Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and product quality.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests with warmth, take orders accurately, and make thoughtful recommendations .
Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee beverages , and bakery items to brand standards.
Ensure aesthetically pleasing presentation of all drinks and pastries.
Monitor and maintain the appearance and inventory of the bakery display.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including all brewing and prep equipment.
Communicate effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams.
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
