Role Description Are you passionate about Rocket League and excited to help young players grow? XP League Frisco is seeking a Rocket League Coach to assist our Head Coach in guiding youth teams. This role focuses on developing player skills, teamwork, and confidence within a fun, structured environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in coaching players during practices and matches, emphasizing mechanical skills, positioning, communication, and teamwork. Help design and lead drills that strengthen fundamentals and strategic understanding. Review gameplay footage to identify areas for growth and provide actionable feedback. Collaborate with the Head Coach to manage rosters, plan sessions, and prepare for matches. Support a positive, sportsmanship-driven environment that keeps learning enjoyable. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience competing or coaching in Rocket League Strong understanding of game mechanics, rotations, and team dynamics Prior experience working with youth players or in a team-based setting Ability to communicate clearly and positively with players and parents What We’re Looking For Passion for Rocket League and youth development Patient, encouraging, and adaptable teaching style Reliable and comfortable working in a structured team environment Desire to make a positive impact on young gamers both in and out of the arena Type: Part-Time (Contractor) Location: On-site, Frisco, TX Schedule: Approximately 2 hours per week for team practices, with additional opportunities during events or tournaments.
