Job Title: Assistant Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate

Location: Denver

Job Summary:

The Assistant Property Manager supports the daily operations and management of commercial properties, including office, retail, or industrial assets. This role assists the Property Manager with tenant relations, vendor coordination, lease administration, maintenance oversight, and financial reporting to ensure the properties operate efficiently and meet ownership objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant service requests, coordinating timely responses and resolutions.
• Assist with vendor management, including scheduling, contract administration, and performance tracking.
• Support lease administration by maintaining accurate records, abstracting lease terms, and tracking key dates.
• Help prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and tenant improvement projects.
• Provide administrative support including invoice processing, filing, and data entry.
