Our Client in Sicklerville, New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for one of their apartment complexes. This is a Temp to Hire role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. This role is offering $20/hr

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Greet residents and visitors
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and manage general inquiries
• Generate work orders
• Assist manager with processing tenant applications
• Maintain accurate and organized resident files and office records
• Post notices and communicate important updates to residents
• Order office supplies and help maintain a clean office environment
• Support Property Manager and Leasing Agent with additional administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ of experience working with an Apartment Complex
• Strong experience with Yardi
• Strong communication skills and resident relations skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
