• Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday

What Youll Do

As our Accounts Payable Supervisor, youll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations. Youll oversee a small team while handling important accounting and administrative functions, including:

• Managing and supporting 23 Accounts Payable clerks or interns
• Approving AP bills and managing payments, including company credit cards
• Handling intercompany billing and AP general ledger reconciliation
• Monitoring and managing the AP email inbox while communicating with vendors
• Researching and resolving billing or payment issues with accuracy and follow-up
• Helping manage office leases and rent payments
• Maintaining accurate vendor records and closing out annual files (including 1099 reporting)
• Assisting the Controller with month-end reports, entries, and special projects
• Supporting accounting policies and procedures while ensuring compliance
• Performing general administrative and accounting support tasks as needed

Were seeking a proactive team leader with a mix of accounting knowledge, leadership ability, and a passion for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; some college or accounting coursework preferred
• 1+ year of bookkeeping or related accounting experience (preferred)
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Sage Intacct (preferred)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment
