Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Review, code, and process invoices for approval and payment.
• Conduct regular check runs and verify payment accuracy.
• Administer Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions to optimize payment methods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all accounts payable activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
• Work closely with vendors to maintain positive relationships and address payment inquiries.
• Monitor and update accounts payable systems to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to accounts payable functions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support audits and other financial reviews.• Proven experience in accounts payable management or a related role.
• Proficiency in coding invoices and conducting check runs.
• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills for managing vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
